What "a longer drive" actually means
Bataan and Olongapo sit on the other side of Manila Bay from most of Bulacan, and Tarlac is two provinces north. None of that stops us coming. What it does mean is that a job we could reach in an hour from Malolos is most of a morning from Balanga, so the honest thing is to ring and hear what we can do rather than book a same-day visit and hope.
It also changes what is worth calling us out for. A dripping tap is a poor reason to bring a van across the bay and we will say so on the phone rather than after. A burst line, a blocked main drain or an install you want done properly is a different matter.
