This describes only what this website does. It is short because the site does very little.

What the form collects

The enquiry form asks for three things: your name, your mobile number, and a description of what needs fixing. It does not ask for an email address. Along with what you type, the page you sent it from and the IP address of your connection are recorded on the message, because both are needed to stop automated abuse.

Where it goes

The form is sent to one mailbox belonging to Yotubero, so that somebody can ring you back on the number you gave. It is not passed to anyone else, not sold, and not used for marketing. We ring the number you give us about the job you described.

What the site does not do

• No analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising tags run on this site.
• No cookies are set by this site.
• Nothing you type is stored in your browser.
• The only file loaded from outside this domain is the typeface, served by Fontshare.

Abuse prevention

The form keeps a short count of submissions per connection for one hour, to limit automated sending. That count holds no personal detail: it is a one-way hash of the IP address and a list of times.

Asking us to delete something

Ring 0920 960 0596 and ask, and the enquiry will be deleted from the mailbox.

Changes

If the site starts doing something else with what you send, this page changes first.
