Do you charge for the visit?
We provide free estimates. Our team will assess the issue first and walk you through the cost before starting any work. Looking costs nothing, whatever you decide afterwards. If the work goes ahead, a travel expense fee forms part of the job, the same as it does across home services here, and it is inside the figure you hear on site rather than added to it later.
What is the travel expense fee?
It covers getting a plumber and his tools to your door, and every home service in this part of the country charges one. It belongs to the job rather than to the visit: if you look at the figure and decide against the work, there is nothing to pay. You hear the exact amount with the rest of the figure, before any work starts.
When do I find out the price?
On site, before anything is opened, moved or replaced. The person quoting is the person doing the work, and the problem is in front of you both while you talk about it.
Who buys the parts?
